Roger Hodgson

Roger’s songs and style earned Supertramp worldwide rock superstardom and distinction among rock bands in the 70’s and 80’s. The wildly successful Breakfast in America, with 3 of its 4 top ten hits written and sung by Roger, hit number one in every country and stayed on the top of the charts for a full year and became one of the biggest selling albums of all time. Roger Hodgson was recognized as one of the most gifted song writers and lyricists of the day.  Roger’s trademark way of setting beautifully introspective lyrics to upbeat melodies created a unique style leaving one “soulfully” inspired.  Roger’s classic songs such as “Dreamer,” “The Logical Song,” “Take the Long Way Home,” “It’s Raining Again,” “Breakfast in America,” “Lady” and “Give a Little Bit” were critically acclaimed and ultimately helped to drive worldwide sales of Supertramp albums to a staggering 80 million.

Roger Hodgson is living proof that talent endures even after 3 decades, as his voice is stronger and clearer than 20 years ago, and he finds himself both a rock and roll legend with a long history of hits and a brand new re-invented musician.  Roger Hodgson, known as a “one man orchestra,” performs solo with his unique nostalgic voice and multi-instrumentalist talent, playing his 12 string guitars and staccato keyboards to bring back the purest sound of the original Supertramp songs we love and remember as well as performing some of his new unreleased songs and soon to be classics.

Roger Hodgson, the highly recognizable signature voice of the most loved songs of Supertramp, is currently involved with charity organizations, donating his classic hit “Give a Little Bit” towards fundraising and focusing this time in his life for humanitarian efforts.  He is also performing world-wide, playing solo concerts, orchestra and corporate shows throughout the US, Europe and Canada.
